A resolution introduced by Duval County College Board Member Charlotte Joyce on Tuesday aims to guidance Florida’s polarizing Parental Legal rights in Education Invoice — acknowledged by critics as the ‘Don’t Say Gay’ monthly bill — as well as to disapprove of the district’s recent LGBTQ Support Guide and thank Gov.
