Will She-Hulk: Attorney At Law smash onto your screens this week? If you’re a fan of the Marvel shows, the answer is yes! But is it kid-friendly enough for the younger ones to watch? What is the age rating for She-Hulk? This parents guide will help you decide if this courtroom comedy from Marvel is ok for your kids to see.

About She-Hulk: Attorney At Law
In Marvel Studios’ “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law,” Jennifer Walters (Tatiana Maslany)—an attorney specializing in superhuman-oriented legal cases—must navigate the complicated life of a single, 30-something who also happens to be a green 6-foot-7-inch superpowered hulk.
The nine-episode comedy series welcomes a host of MCU vets, including Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner/Hulk, Tim Roth as Emil Blonsky/the Abomination, and Benedict Wong as Wong, as well as Jameela Jamil, Josh Segarra, Ginger Gonzaga, Jon Bass and Renée Elise Goldsberry.

What Is The Age Rating For She-Hulk? Parents Guide
As Marvel’s Disney+ shows continue to push the boundaries of what we’ve seen before in superhero movies, She-Hulk has entered the chat.
This is a law house comedy, that also happens to have superheroes and villains (real ones, not just the criminal types). Think Alley McBeal, but green, tall, and super strong.
But is She-Hulk ok for kids? Is this one kid-friendly?
We’ve seen the first four episodes of the show, so this parents review for SheHulk is based on those episodes alone.
This parents guide for She Hulk will help you decide if your family can handle the gore, violence, language, sex, romance, and nudity. We’ll also give the She-Hulk age rating and age-appropriate recommendations.

Language
She-Hulk has a bit of a mouth to it!
While we’re not talking Dead-Pool levels by any means, She-Hulk does come with some swears and colorful language.
Here’s a list of what your kids will hear when watching the show:
- bullsh!t,
- sh!t
- d!ck move
- @ss
- bloody (British slang)
- OMG, oh G-d, and [email protected] are all used
- [email protected]
- [email protected]
- f-bomb cutoff with just the F heard, but clearly implied
- sucks
- [email protected]
There are a couple of instances of the middle finger being shot at the camera too.
While not the most kid-friendly Marvel show, it’s also not the most language-heavy either.

Age Rating For She-Hulk: Is It Safe For Kids When It Comes To Sex, Romance, and Nudity?
She-Hulk, aka Jennifer Walters, is a single woman in her 30s. And she’s absolutely putting herself out there to find some companionship.
There is a fair amount of innuendo around her dating life (or lack of one) and at one point she does sign up for a Tinder-like app.
While no nudity or actual sex takes place on screen, characters are seen removing clothing and heading to the bedroom where sex is implied. Jennifer’s attempts at romance are a large plot point for the first 4 episodes.
It’s there, but it’s not overtly hitting you in the face when it comes to the physical acts.

Is She-Hulk Ok For Kids: Mature Topics
Along with the above-mentioned sexual frustrations and interest in dating, She-Hulk doesn’t shy away from what makes Jennifer’s experience as a Hulk different from Bruce Banner’s.
She makes it very clear that she’s been controlling her anger her whole life due to specific situations she faces as a female that he simply didn’t have to face. And that’s why she’s so good at it right off the bat.
She is woman, and she has been roaring (and will continue to roar) all along. She-Hulk is just another part of her now.

There’s also discussion in a joking manner about Captain America’s status as a virgin that, at first, is just a quick blip in the show. If you stick around for the mid-credit scenes (YES, She-Hulk has mid-credits after every episode!)… that topic is answered in full cannon glory.
If you don’t want to explain it to your younger kids, go ahead and shoo them out of the room when the credits roll for episode 1!
Characters are seen drinking fairly often in hulk and person form.

Violence and Gore: Is SheHulk Too Scary For Kids Under 14?
So far, She-Hulk is not too scary for kids.
There are some fights that happen but its been fairly light on this level.
No jump scares or really gory scenes to worry parents or kids about.

She-Hulk Age Rating: What Ages Can Really Watch This One?
She-Hulk is rated TV-14 for mature themes, violence, and language.
But as always, you know your kids best.
Can kids under 14 watch She-Hulk? Is this Marvel show ok for children?

Is She Hulk Appropriate For Kids Under 14?
What She-Hulk has going for it for the younger audience: fairly short episodes.
They won’t lose interest due to length.
But younger kids under 14 could lose interest due to the courtroom setting.
We don’t know a lot of 7-year-olds who are interested in cheeky legal comedies, and that’s what She-Hulk is absolutely going for in these first episodes.
A mature 10-year-old would not only get the subject matter but enjoy the comedy. We suggest parents with kids under 9 go ahead and pre-view this one before allowing them to watch.
It may be fine for your family, but there is enough here to heed the TV-14 warning.
